Where is parking available?

Parking is available all around town. The Pendleton Round-Up grounds does not offer or have parking. There are places that you can pay to park. If you find parking that is not within walking distance of the Round-Up grounds, there is a shuttle available. To reserve parking in the Albertson's parking lot contact Rod at 541-276-8622 cell phone 541-429-2580.

Is Round-Up merchandise available online?

When is the Round-Up store open?

Monday-Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Saturdays: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

The website www.leterbuck.com is open 24 hours or call 541-276-2553 to place an order.

Where is the ticket office and souvenir store located?

1114 SW Court Ave., Pendleton, OR. 97801 which is on the corner of SW 12th and SW Court directly across the street from the world famous “Let er Buck!” statue in front of the Round-Up Grounds.

Is handicapped parking available?

There are designated parking at Albertson’s and the Convention Center. There is no parking on our grounds. You can drop anyone off at the gate by the ticket booth and then go park.

How do I find Lodging information?

For information about area lodging check the visitor information page. Local lodging fills up fast so contact Hotels as early as possible to make your reservation and/or to ask to be put on a waiting list.

How do I find out about vending at the Pendleton Round-Up?

The Round-Up coordinates food vending inside of the Round-Up Grounds, which is currently full. Indian vendors can contact Cedric Wildbill Email for vendor information. For vending opportunities outside of the Grounds downtown, please contact the Main St. Cowboys (541-278-9332). For more information on other locations please see the PDF at the bottom of the page.

I need to change my address for Permanent Tickets how do I do that?

Please print and fill out the PDF form at the bottom of this page and mail it to Pendleton Round-Up Ticket Manager at PO Box 609, Pendleton, OR 97801. For your security we can not accept address changes over the phone or via email.

When do Round-Up tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale in June the year before the next Round-Up.


Where is the ticket office located?

For the week prior to and the week during Round-Up the primary Round-Up Box Office is located on the southeast corner of the Round-Up grounds near the “Let 'er Buck!” statue. Happy Canyon Box Office is located on the east side of the Pendleton Convention Center. For all other times of the year the ticket office is located inside the Hall of Fame Building in the retail store across from the grounds at 1114 SW Court Ave. Pendleton, OR.

I don’t want my tickets anymore what do I do?

We don’t offer exchanges or refunds on any tickets. You can resell them online via pepsiticketlocator.com or the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce offers a resale program and you can contact them by phone at 1-800-547-8911.

What sections of seating are covered?

The North, South and West sections are covered. The East section, sections AA-CC, are not covered.

What is Happy Canyon?

Happy Canyon is a Native American night pageant that takes place every night after the rodeo at 7:45 p.m.. For more information visit the Happy Canyon website

What time does the rodeo start?

The rodeo starts promptly every day at 1:15 pm.

How old does my child have to be before I buy a ticket for him or her?

Children two years and older are required to have a ticket for entry. Any child under the age of two, not occupying a seat, does not need a ticket.

When is the Parade?

The Main Street Cowboys Dress-up Parade is always held the Saturday before Round-Up at 10:00 am. The Westward Ho Parade is always on the Friday during the week of Round-Up at 10:00 am. Seating for the parade is available anywhere along the parade route. If you would like to sit for either parade, please bring a chair as seating is not provided.

Is there a shuttle service available?

Yes, there are several options for shuttle transportation. The Pendleton Round-Up Shuttle Service drives through Pendleton and stops near many hotels, for more info call them at 541-379-5666. Wildhorse Resort and Casino offers a shuttle service from the casino to the Round-Up Grounds every 30 minutes. When is Senior Day?

Senior day is always the Wednesday of Round-Up. We have a senior package for $35 that includes 1 ticket to the rodeo in sections A, B or C of the south grandstand, 1 barbeque ticket, and 1 ticket to Happy Canyon.

When is Family Day?

Family day is Wednesday. We have a Family Plan for $107 for 2 adults and up to 6 minor children that includes tickets to the rodeo (sections J-Z), BBQ tickets and Happy Canyon tickets. We also have a Family Plan for Thursday that is $72, which includes the same thing as above, except the BBQ.

When is Kids Day?

Kids day is Thursday. Kids 18 & under get in for only a $1 per ticket in the West Grandstand.

What is slack and when can I see it?

Slack gives non-professional rodeo performers the chance to compete with the pro's and serves as a qualifying event.
Monday slack is free. Tuesday slack is $2. Wednesday and Thursday you must have a rodeo ticket to view slack events.

Where can I drop-off and pick-up people?

You may drop off and pick up people in front of the Roy Raley Park, there is a loading and unloading zone. You may not be in this area for extended periods of time.

Where is the lost and found located?

Lost and found is located in the Security Trailer on the west end of the grounds, closest to Happy Canyon.

What items should I leave at home?

For your safety and comfort, as well as the safety and comfort of those around you, the following items are not allowed on the grounds, exhibit areas or rodeo arena:

Personal Coolers or Carry-ins, Outside Food or Drinks, Cans or Glass Bottles, Folding Chairs, Dogs (service dogs are allowed), Firearms or Weapons of any sort, Laser Pointers, Skate boards, Bicycles

Smoking is permitted in designated areas ONLY!
No drugs or drug paraphernalia allow if you bring them inside the grounds or other grounds areas, you will be ejected from the events.

All bags, knapsack, purses, boots, and anything else that a person is carrying are subject to inspection upon entry into the grounds and other event secured areas.

The Pendleton Round-Up and the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) sanctioning body does not allow for the video recording, transmission, distribution, or selling of any description, account, picture, video, audio or other form or reproduction of the event without permission. Any violation of this policy during a PRCA performance or slack event will result in your immediate removal from the premises.
