If you are unable to attend
the rescheduled Pendleton Whisky Music Fest on July 10, 2021 and would like a
refund, please fill out the below form. All ticket and camping
reservations will be refunded at face-value. The $20 user fee per ticket is
non-refundable. If you paid for a delivery method fee including will call
and/or the mailing of hard tickets, you will also be refunded for the delivery
fee. There are no partial refunds, the entire order will be cancelled
including all tickets and camping reservations associated with the original
Refunds will only be granted
to the original purchaser of the tickets and a refund will be granted to the
credit card used when making the initial purchase. If the credit card
used to make the original purchase has expired or changed, the refund will
still be able to be applied to the credit card account on file. If you no
longer have an account associated with the credit card used to make the
original purchase, please contact the box office for further assistance.
If you paid cash for
tickets at the box office, you will be issued a check for your refund. Checks
will only be mailed to the address on file used to make the original purchase.
If you have a change in address since the original purchase date, please
contact the box office for further assistance.
Please allow 20 business
days to receive your refund. The box office will be processing refunds as
quickly as possible. If you have not received your refund by the 21
business day, please contact the box office regarding your refund.

Refund requests will be accepted until June 11, 2020. If a refund request is not submitted by June 11, 2020 your ticket(s) and camping reservation(s) will automatically be transferred to the 2021 rescheduled event.
