Event Update & Guidelines

The Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon will heed all state and local public health mandates and guidelines. In accordance with current State of Oregon guidance (https://govstatus.egov.com/or-oha-face-coverings), all volunteers, contractors and staff are subject to wear a mask when not actively engaged in the events. Guests (ages 5 & over) will be requested to wear a mask. Please bring your own mask, as a limited supply will be available.

Following the Oregon guidance, when eating or drinking guests are not subjected to the mask requirements. Per Oregon guidance, there will be no proof of vaccination or negative covid test required. We encourage those who do not feel comfortable being around large crowds of people to please stay home and join us next year for the 112th Pendleton Round-Up and 106th Happy Canyon.
Rest assured that the safety of our volunteers, staff, and guests, remain our top priority. We have introduced a range of new measures to increase the safety during our events.
• Additional Hand Sanitizer and Hand Washing Stations
• Signage posted throughout both arenas to encourage social distancing and mask wearing
• Increased Medical Personnel and Ambulance Coverage
• Increased Medical Room size and coverage

Potential risk of COVID-19 exposure at our event

The 111th Pendleton Round-Up and 105th Happy Canyon events are right around the corner!

We look forward to welcoming back all of our friends, family, sponsors, and fans. Round-Up and Happy Canyon continues to be in contact with our government officials to make sure we are putting necessary measures and plans in place so that we can have a great 2021 event. Our commitment to the health and safety of our fans, volunteer, staff and Community remains our top priority.

We are planning for a sold out event this year, so if for any reason you don’t feel comfortable attending this year’s events, we understand and have a 2021 refund policy. Patrons can request a refund for the 2021 events, we are not offering a rollover of tickets to the 2022 events.

If you would like a refund, fill out the refund request form BELOW. Form must be filled out and turned in by SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th. For questions please contact our box office at 541-612-3421.

The refund period is now closed. All refund request forms needed to be submitted by Sunday, September 5th. If you no longer want to attend our events you will need to sell your tickets by yourself, through the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce or on pepsiticketlocator.com.


We've teamed up with Oregon Community Foundation to establish a donation fund coined LET’ER BUCK CARES fund. It was established to support and benefit the various community organizations in our community. Oregon Community Foundations mission is to improve the lives of all Oregonians through the power of philanthropy. As a statewide community foundation they work alongside donors, stewarding their priorities into strategic giving to support diverse communities across Oregon, creating lasting, transformative change.

Make a separate taxable donation to the Let'er Buck Cares Fund through the Oregon Community Foundation.
