EVENT UPDATE

We are devastated to share this news with you. "Let'er Buck" & “On with the show” is in our DNA, and for only the third time in our history our September event will not take place. We are now working through the ramifications of this unprecedented situation.

The decision to not host the world famous Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon 2020 event was a really tough one, but a necessary one. We are comforted knowing our community is not being put in harm's way with the novel coronavirus, for that would be a burden we could not bear.

In light of these circumstances, we have suspended ticket sales, and we have updated our Refund Policy and will be offering the following choices for 2020 ticket purchasers:

MAKE A DONATION TO LET'ER BUCK CARES

We've teamed up with Oregon Community Foundation to establish a donation fund coined LET’ER BUCK CARES fund. It was established to support and benefit the various community organizations in our community. Oregon Community Foundations mission is to improve the lives of all Oregonians through the power of philanthropy. As a statewide community foundation they work alongside donors, stewarding their priorities into strategic giving to support diverse communities across Oregon, creating lasting, transformative change.

Make a separate taxable donation to the Let'er Buck Cares Fund through the Oregon Community Foundation.

1. DESIGNATE REFUND TO LET'ER BUCK CARES FUND

Your 2020 ticket order will be canceled and the funds will be sent to the LET’ER BUCK CARES fund. Permanent seat holders that elect to this option, will receive an invoice as usual in 2021 for their seats and will not affect their permanent status.

The Let'er Buck CARES Fund was created to support all the local organizations who continue to play an integral part during Round-Up week.

Since 1910, the Pendleton Round-Up's mission has been to preserve our western heritage, culture and community spirit while raising thousands for various non-profit groups. We’re supported by 1500 dedicated and passionate volunteers. Our main event, along with many others hosted right here in our stadium, provides funding that invests in our youth, supports our agricultural programs, celebrates western culture and makes a lasting economic impact for our community.

We know that many of you wholeheartedly support our mission to grow the next generation. One way you can help in these unprecedented times is by making a donation and help grow Let'er Buck Cares Fund. You'll have the chance to donate all or a portion of your tickets to the Let'er Buck Cares Fund. Your contributions will help local organizations continue to accomplish their missions. Causes like, scholarships, first-responders, youth sports, arts, recovery programs, breast cancer, hunger, and animal rescue.




2. FULL TICKET REFUND

Pendleton Round-Up & Happy Canyon will process a full refund for tickets purchased through our ticket office or on our official website at www.pendletonroundup.com.

Your 2020 ticket order(s) will be canceled and refunded. Refunds will only be granted to the original purchaser of the tickets and a refund will be granted to the credit card used when making the initial purchase.If the credit card used to make the original purchase has expired or changed, the refund will still be able to be applied to the credit card account on file. If you no longer have an account associated with the credit card used to make the original purchase, please contact the box office for further assistance. If you paid cash for tickets at the box office, you will be issued a check for your refund. Checks will only be mailed to the address on file used to make the original purchase. If you have a change in address since the original purchase date, please contact the box office for further assistance.If you selected to have your tickets mailed and/or picked up at will call and have not received your tickets in the mail, you will be refunded for the delivery fee. If you have received your tickets in the mail, you will not be refunded for the $5 delivery fee. Permanent seat holders that elect to this option, will receive an invoice as usual in 2021 for their seats and will not affect their permanent status.


RECEIVE REFUND

3. ROLL YOUR 2020 TICKET ORDER TO THE 2021 EVENT

If you would like to roll your 2020 ticket purchase to 2021 no further action is required. If you received your standard tickets already please throw the tickets away as they will not be valid at the 2021 event and the barcodes will be deactivated. You will receive a new confirmation email by December 31, 2020. You will receive your new (2021) tickets by the delivery method that you chose in 2020. Print@home tickets will be included in the new confirmation email. Your 2021 tickets will be mailed out the beginning of May 2021. Permanent seat holders that elect to rollover their tickets to 2021 will not receive an invoice for 2021. They will receive a new confirmation email and their new tickets after January 1st, 2021. If you have a new mailing address or email address or have additional questions please contact the box office.




We request you complete this application by August 31, 2020. Any patrons that do not complete the form by this date will have their tickets automatically rolled over to the 2021 event. The box office will be processing refunds as quickly as possible. If you have not received your refund by the 21st business day after completing the ticket refund request application, please contact the box office regarding your refund. please contact the box office regarding your refund.
