Erika leads the Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon as General Manager, bringing decades of experience in business management and community leadership. Prior to stepping into the role, she served as Business Manager for the InterMountain Education Service District and previously worked as a Vice President at Banner Bank.

Erika and her family call the Pendleton area home. She and her husband have two children who share a strong connection to the rodeo community, with one currently attending college and the other a freshman in high school.

Nicole serves as the Brand and Retail Manager for the Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon. She brings more than 20 years of experience working with global brands, including Leupold & Stevens and Columbia Sportswear, where she held various merchandising and retail management roles. Nicole earned her degree in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University and is a graduate of Pendleton High School.

A Pendleton native, Nicole is proud to bring her lifelong connection to the Round-Up and Happy Canyon into her work, helping grow brand awareness while expanding retail and online sales.
